I have been to both locations now and I think its the best spa around Bromley. No need to travel downtown. Perfect gateway location locally. Therapists are well dressed, knowledgable and very friendly, place is clean very modern. Definitely recommend to try it.
Ifloat is the best spa locally. They have zo skin health range which I have been using for a couple of years. They are very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend.
I had 3 hours spa day voucher. I had amazing Gel Hands and the girl gave me the best hand massage ever. After I had waxing which was surprisingly PAIN FREE. She talked to me through it and she was really professional. Then I had 1 hour massage which was really good. The Therapist new exactly what she was doing and told me all about my bad points. (I will be booking that again SOON) The last was SPRAY TAN and I have had many spray tans and I must admit they are GOOD. Only thing they couldn't fit me in for a facial that I really wanted, but they were booked up. They do ENVIRON facials that I am very much looking forward to coming back. Thank you very much ladies. I booked a consultation for laser hair removal at 5.30 as I was coming straight from work and didn’t want to be late, luckily I arrived at 5.15 and was told to wait as the owner hadn’t arrived which was fine (I was early). At 5.45 she arrived at the shop and rudely interacted with the girls that worked there. I was then moved to the back of the shop and continued to wait an additional 10 minutes for her. She finally met me and apologised as she was having problems with her printer. We then had the consultation and I was keen to book after the patch test but when we discussed prices I felt she was contradictory, I asked about full leg/half leg prices but they didn’t make sense if you wanted to include your knees?! I then found myself negotiating and arguing this. After, I was sent to reception and was asked to pay 25 for the pleasure of waiting an additional 25 minutes from the start of my appointment. Any business owner should have acknowledged how unprofessional it had been and given the consultation as complimentary. I felt the staff were intimidated by her and possibly her management skills need to be addressed for her customers and her employees.
Great experience & amazing professional staff. Always warm and welcoming with any treatments. Atmosphere is calming, soothing and friendly. Definite value for money, will always use for my treatments.
