DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I encountered the most shockingly bad customer service I have ever experienced. I spent 40 on 21 helium balloons for my son’s 3rd birthday party and when we got them home, 10 of them literally burst when we got them through the door. I was absolutely gutted. I’d been to a huge effort to create an amazing look for the party and the balloons were such an important part of that. When I immediately phoned the shop, the dead-voiced, miserable- sounding manager said that the dinosaur ones had been popping in the shop so she’d replace them, but when I told her the other ones had also popped, she didn’t believe me. I asked for a refund and she flatly said ‘we don’t do refunds.’ She offered no apology whatsoever and clearly didn’t give a damn. It was like speaking to a person with no personality or communication skills whatsoever - she blandly told me with no expression in her voice that once the balloons leave the shop they’re not her problem. I have no idea how she has managed to run a business with such a disgusting attitude. What a waste of 40 - I feel like I’ve been robbed. Avoid this place at all costs - the staff are like brain-dead zombies who clearly don’t value their customers in the slightest. Disgraceful.

Really friendly people, helped us find a great outfit for a fancy dress party. Reasonable price too. Would highly recommend if anyone local needs an outfit.
Really helpful staff, nice arrange of merchandise from wigs to hen/stag do bits, dress up, balloons and party accompaniments. Prices are reasonable, can't ask for anymore from this little shop.

The rudest staff I have ever experienced. I was the only customer in the store and was completely ignored whilst they argued with one another. Find another store.
