The whole process from initial site visit, to liaising with sales, to the engineer visit, ran smoothly with excellent communication from all. The engineer was professional, polite and friendly. He answered all questions informatively. The engineer's quality of work was exceptional. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. The engineer was also extremely careful during current covid times, wearing a mask and gloves, throughout.

The engineer who attended our house last week was polite and efficient, thanks Dan, and he fully complied with Covid regulations wearing gloves and masks and keeping his distance at all times, a good representative for Spy Alarms. Plus the arrangements for the annual check were done with minimal fuss, I liked the letter telling me when the visit was taking place with the option to phone and change, saved a bit of admin for me! So thank you Maia.

I have been a customer of Spy Alarms since we purchased our house in 2009 and they never fail to provide fantastic service every time I speak with them. From the service team in the office to the engineers on the road, I find them to be helpful, caring and reliable, especially during the pandemic of Covid19. My annual check up was recently carried out by Dylan and he was wearing all of the protective gear and made me feel at ease. I asked him to change some settings due to getting a new puppy and he made sure I was happy with the new settings before he left. I highly recommend Spy Alarms.
