Everyone a met at Vita Heath Group were great. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and my physiotherapist Shane was fantastic: he is friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I was so impressed with him that I started taking my daughter so he could help with the pain she was experiencing in her shins. We are both back to health and highly recommend both Vita Health Group and Shane in particular.

I normally use Crystal Palace Physio, now renamed Vita Health Group. The same excellent private sports physiotherapist service is still available, though I had to travel alot further on this occasion as, oddly, a female physio at Crystal Palace refuses to treat men - I have been tested by woman there before so this am extremely annoying turn of events (reducing my rating from 5 to 4 stars) The Bromley clinic provided an in -depth analysis of my injury, including a sports massage of the affected area (sadly, no acupuncture this time) and a recovery programme. The guy who saw me was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended.

Shane at Vita Health Group has been amazing. His knowledge and experience is incredible. I had a shoulder injury which put me out of action permanently and after six weeks of physio I am now back to training full time and also have better knowledge on exercising.

I would highly recommend Vita Health Group to anyone. Great professionalism right through from reception staff to physiotherapists, very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Shane who looked after me and got me back on the mend over the course of a year and a bit. He was a very down to earth guy and very knowledgable with different techniques and stretches he come up with to improve my injury. He’s the go too guy in my opinion!

Ive been seeing Shane Brennan for a few months now who has treated me and helped me with my recovery after my injury to my lower back. He is kind, warming and very helpful. He listens and gives excellent advice and realistic treatment plans that suited my needs. I would have given him more stars if i could!!!
