Positives: Their staff is nice. Always 1hour late. Everyday they're late. No organization at all. They tell you to be ready at 9:00 am. And they come at 10:30 am. Now this is three days in a row. Now it is 10:30 and no one showed up yet. Yesterday we were supposed to go to Ayder, then they called at 9:20 am saying that they didn't have enough people for the trip. Really? You just discovered that you didn't have the number for the trip? Like today? It tells me that no planning is done by all means. Then we swabbed to another trip, visited new places but had gone to Sera Lake again. The first day bus was great. Second and third day bus AC was bad. It is too hot inside the bus. I don't recommend them. But it is up to you.

Staff doesn't speak any English and was very unfriendly, driver was rude, he didn't even say hello to clients and was always angry, the excursions to Uzungol and Ayder were a big waste of time because we lost half day visiting shops. If you don't want to get a bad impression of this beautiful region, don't take any group tours from Trabzon!!

رحنا معاهم ٣ رحلات كانت كالتالي : رحله الى اوزانقول كانت متوسطه ،السائق متعاون ولكن لايجيد الانقليزيه ولا العربيه ، الرحله الثانيه كانت لايدر وكانت رحله ممتازه وكان المرشد العراقي جيد ومتعاون واختيارهم للمطعم في ايدر ممتاز، الرحله الثاله كانت الى حيدر نبي كانت سيئه بجميع المقاييس المرشد سوري الجنسيه غير متعاون وكانه مغصوب على الرحله كما ان اختياره للمطعم كان كارثي جدا ومطعم اشبه بعصابه نهب يقدمون اكل سيئ الى ابعد حد ويضيفون طلبات في الفاتوره اسم المطعم Seragölü Hayal .
