Yol üstü standart bir çiğ köfteci . Çiğ köfte konseptine gıcık oluyorum bir kültürün ölümü adeta. Çiğ köfte dediğinde et olur. Ancak kural gereği bu çiğ köftecilerde etli satılması yasak. O zaman bu köftenin adı çiğ köfte olamaz. Başka bir isim bulmaları lazım. Ayrıca çiğ olmayan bu köftelerin nedense hepsinin tadı aynı .
