Tour Program was not done as descried Some other places listed but they did not go to like Water city, Istanbul Form Mall. Some places inside the program like Princesses islands I was asked to pay for its transportation despite that I paid already for the tour, but I was asked to pay for the boat and for the navigation car inside it and the boat they chose was very slow and ate the whole day so no time left for visiting other places in the program of that day. Visting "Dolmabahce palace" was listed however I asked to pay the tickets when we arrived and no guide , i had to stand in queue and pay for ticket and deal with staff there for all required steps in Turkish while the guide was waiting there in a car. Good points are: contacts were made for every step and journeys were done in time , instant response to any question or request, flexibility in changing plan and times.
