For English speaking tourists definitely it is not the best option. 1. Expensive in comparison with some other companies. Prices on the site are "old", as they say. My friend last year took the same tour for 60, now it costs 120 TL even for locals 2. Just one guy in the whole company speaks English. We talked to him be phone and he promised us that there would be an English-speaking guide. There wasn't any - only the driver. He didn't explain anything, so the whole tour was just like a taxy - without any sounds we were driven to a new place. All tourists are turkish and if you are not lucky, they don't speak English (and it is very probable) 3. They promised, that we come back around 7.30-8 PM. Actually it was 6 4. Though the bus was pretty new and clean, the windows were a little dirty

A great company that is very well recommended. The office remains open until midnight in the Maydan area in Trabzon. The ladies working there are super friendly and did their best to guide me and my family to choose our trips that best suite us and how to move within the city. The tour guides are very polite and super friendly. I would recommend asking for either Jomaa or Shehab if you are Arabic. It is an experience that can't be forgotten. Thank you Trilyeda.
