I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Justin Mitchell! His office staff is so nice and accommodating from the second that you walk into his office. We were in and out with cast and X-ray in less than 45 mins. Dr. Mitchell was so good with my 10 year old son. He wasn’t scared at all and the Dr. has the best bedside manners. If you have an injury, don’t think twice and go see him! Best Hand Specialist in town! ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

Dr. Mitchell and his staff are amazing! The front desk ladies and nurses are always smiling and bend over backwards to accommodate you especially if you are in significant pain. I came to Ortho El Paso with a complicated history and 3 wrist surgeries already under my belt. Dr. Mitchell is very friendly and honest about diagnosis and treatment needs. Dr. Mitchell came up with the best plan possible to relieve my pain and give me function back. I had a right wrist fusion surgery as well as a separate nerve decompression surgery on my right elbow with Dr. Mitchell in the last 6 months. Even with complications after my wrist fusion surgery, I never worried about being able to reach the doctor or nurses. Dr. Mitchell has given me the use of my right arm back and I am forever grateful for him and his staff and the work that they do. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell for all your hand and wrist needs! Thank you!!! Update: I had an accident and thought my finger was broken. After going to urgent care they said it wasn’t broken even though I was in tremendous pain. I had Dr. Mitchell examine it and getting imaging done, not only was it broken but there was actually a tumor in that finger as well. I had my 3rd surgery with Dr Mitchell to remove the tumor and he was just as amazing as the first two surgeries.
