Failed to let me know that my daughter was approved for braces a year later we had to start to process all over again. They also failed to let their clients know what the new procedures were for covid 19. Lack of communication with their patients.

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and always easy to deal with. The orthodontist Dr. Bird is one of the most intelligent people I have met and I really felt safe in his hands for a procedure where I was overall a bit scared of going into. He gave me very good detailed information on exactly what to do and not do. Great place have your work done here.
