This review is for Lauren for being the best dental assistant ever (a title that she far exceeds). This was my second time having braces. I am one of those people whose teeth don't stay in place even when wearing my retainer every night. I came to Glauser-Williams to fix my bite, subsequent TMJ, and get my teeth in a good place to put permanent retainers in so I no longer had to deal with teeth and jaw pain. I had Lauren for most of my appointments, and beyond being friendly she is very experienced and exceedingly competent at what she does. Lauren took care to make sure my needs were met by listening to how I thought my teeth were progressing and prescribing changes that were comfortable for me. This last time I visited she cut into her lunch hour just to be meticulous about how she installed my permanent retainers on top & bottom, taking extra precautions with the teeth I have that move fast. The front staff, orthodontist, and other assistants are also a pleasure to deal with, but I will be recommending this office largely on behalf of the care Lauren provided to me. Thank you so much! :)
