Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a medical office. My husband was seen by Dr. Carter on 10/2/2017. He was told he didn't need surgery on his knee but instead a custom knee brace. It's now 10/26 and my husband still doesn't have his brace. My husband called the office every week and there was always an excuse. I myself called Carter's office on Monday 10/23 to see if I could help speed up the process. I spoke to Amie who was covering for Maria. She informed me there was an addendum that was requested by the insurance in order to fill the prescription. Well, it turns out Dr. Carter changed his mind about my husband having a custom knee brace made. We now have a NEW prescription after almost 4 weeks. The new prescription is for a pre-fab knee brace instead of a custom. This means my husband could have been wearing the brace 3 weeks ago because it's something that could have been purchased at Walmart. So frustrated with this place!!! I feel as if they don't care about their patients. It sure doesn't show after this long delay and bad experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone visiting this facility. Look for something else. They don't follow up, they drag their feet and don't seem to care about the patients.
