Dr. Biddulph combines his experience, knowledge, and training with a personality that reflects high intelligence and compassion. As demonstrated in his treatment of my injured knee, Dr. Biddulph’s ability to patiently dig deep into the possible causes and implications gave me options to consider. I was amazed by his ability to thoroughly digest so many details and then explain and answer questions on a level that made me feel as if I had his full and sole attention. Applying a comprehensive, systematic approach, Dr. Biddulph was able to generate a plan that will get me back to the kind of quality of life I had before my injury. I strongly believe that Dr. Biddulph reflects a model of an ideal medical practitioner. He genuinely cares and makes a personal investment in the health and well-being of his patients. I need to add that his staff assistant (Joanne) and nurse (Tammy) also reflect the extraordinary high standards of care demonstrated by Dr. Biddulph. Joanne and Tammy both took the time to extend themselves in a way that made a difficult situation as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Biddulph and his nurse Tammy, are the best of the best! Dr. Biddulph does not rush you through like being on an assembly line as a patient. He treats his patients with genuine care and concern. He takes whatever amount of time you need with him to answer questions you may have; I never felt rushed through my visits. My surgery went well, everything from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Biddulph for any orthopedic related issues. On another note, my insurance company was very difficult to deal with and Dr. Biddulph and Tammy spent many hours on the phone, most times on lengthy holds, to get my surgery approved. They went above and beyond even after a long day of work, time spent after hours, to get my approval expedited. I would give 500 stars if the line above had an add button! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Biddulph and his team.

Dr. Biddulph seems to genuinely care about his patients from my experience. He was upfront and straight forward about the plan for diagnosis and treatment of both my shoulder and my knee. It's a small office and during our initial visit we had a pretty long wait. With that said, I'm glad that we gave Dr. Biddulph a go and I couldn't be happier. Very friendly and caring folks.

Several months ago I suddenly developed a case of trigger thumb, and Dr. B. offered a couple of different options, including surgery. I wanted to make surgery my very last resort, so I got a cortisone shot to see if it helped. It helped for several weeks, then the triggering returned, so I went back and we tried one more cortisone shot. So far, it seems to be working. I just want to say, Dr. Biddulph and his staff are the best!! He is very conscientious about making sure that you are experiencing a minimal amount of pain during his procedures, and I am very happy about that. Although I've always had a fairly high threshold for pain, it seems to have lessened as I've gotten older, so I'm thrilled that he makes you as comfortable as possible, and periodically asks if you're doing o.k. pain-wise. If the triggering comes back painfully in my thumb, which he said it is always possible, I wouldn't let any other doctor operate on it but him. Yes, he's that good!! (His staff is, too...sadly, their names have flown out of my head at the moment, but they are all very nice, friendly, and personable.)

Dr. Biddulph and his team are the best you will find. 10 years ago I fracture both of my ankles at the same time and one was compound. Dr. B was assigned to my case in the ER and I am so grateful that he was. Given my injury I should not be able to walk without a limp or run/jump/etc. I can do all those things and more. His patient care and bedside manner are incomparable. In the last 10 years I have had minimal pain and been able to do anything I want. Recently I was experiencing ankle pain after a minor injury and went to see him and his staff. After 10 years he has the same receptionist and nurse working in his office - this really says something about the kind of practice they run together. He has always been very knowledgeable, patient with questions and willing to work with me with various treatment options (cane or crutch, brace or boot - we decide together, I'm never told what to do) Expect to wait a bit after your scheduled time in his office - this is due to him never rushing a patient and thoughtfully answering every question they have. You will be treated no differently, it is worth the wait. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
