Word of advice. Don't go there! Wright &Filippis is WAY better. Quality products and no mentally disturbed employees. The fact they still work there shows how little brains the U has. They are a sad pathetic group of people.

Don't waste your time at this place! Employees there are sick, twisted people. The University should completely restaff the building. Shame on the U of M hospital. What scumbags!

My advice to new patients is to make sure the clinic has run the prescription for your orthotic/prosthetic through your insurance BEFORE going in to the fitting (do not assume that they will have done this already). If they have not, you will have no idea of the cost and you will be on the phone with your insurance company most of the appointment trying to figure it out. If you can't get the clinic to run it through the insurance before the appointment at least speak to your insurance company before going in because if you decide not to take the orthotic/prosthetic at the fitting, the clinic will charge you 52 anyway for filling the appointment slot even though the fitter didn’t really do anything.

Worst place ever! Go to Wright &Filippis, they make quality devises and don't act like stuck up, delusional children. U of M employees are a bad joke.
