My husband drove up to Goodrich to purchase more wood in early December, as we have gotten half-cords in the past. In the past...no problem. Last night we had a bonfire on our beach and all the wood we purchased would not burn. We had shared our cord with our two neighbors, and they also had the same comment about the wood. We properly stored it off the ground, bought new covers for the racks...and this is what we get. We had to use a Duralog and a bundle of wood from ACO to be able to get the fire started! As we put the logs on, they barely burned. We lined the fire pit with logs to dry them out, and you could see the steam coming out of them. We unstacked both our racks thinking maybe it was a few logs. Nope...none of it would burn. Called today and was told that because we picked it up, no refunds. I advised that I just wanted to know that they are selling bum wood. Definitely not going back there again! Heed the warning. Totally disappointed.

So far we’ve had 3 different deliveries of 15 yds of topsoil each (so 45 yds total!) to our home in Clarkston. The staff that answer the phone are helpful and knowledgeable. They took detailed descriptions of where we wanted the dirt dumped and that information was relayed to the truck driver every time. It takes about a week between placing the order and getting it delivered, which is fine. Ted delivered the dirt the first 2 times and Roy did it the 3rd time. Both called us before they got there and were super friendly. Both took the massive amounts of dirt and poured it EXACTLY where we asked (which was 2 different locations) without a problem every time. We are super happy with the service and our experience! Would definitely recommend!

I've had rocks delivered and got exactly what I specified. Delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. Never had a problem with them yet.
