I had a different company come to my home to test tile in 4 rooms to see if it was asbestos tile. I had a feeling that only 1 room actually had asbestos. That company didn’t give me a lab report and said all 4 were positive. I had Restoration & Environmental Safety come out, she took the samples and a day later sent me the lab report. 2 rooms contained asbestos, so I had Restoration & Environmental Safety remove it. I trust them as a company, as they are HONEST with their customers!

So let me tell you a story about a company to not do business with. Ever. In order to get our basement waterproofing done, we had to have some tile removed. Also, they need to have completely bare walls to do a vapor barrier. I ended up paying Restoration Environmental service technologies to prep the walls and ceilings so there were no impediments. After they said they were done, I did a more detailed walk around to find a bunch of work the crew didn’t take care of. They came the next morning to clean it up, and then I found more wood they didn’t clear out that was connected to the wall and would have been in the way. They owner (in the text) basically said I didn’t supervise well enough. I had to remind him I’m in the middle of my work day, so I don’t have time to supervise his team. I paid for a job and would expect it would be done. After the 2nd crew came!!! When the crew was hauling away old ceilings i joked that I couldn’t be mad if they hauled away the decking I ripped out. Next thing I know, it was gone. He called me to ask where the wood came from and I told him it was in the driveway and I said if they COULD take it, I wouldn’t mind. But if they COULDN’T, I was going to take care of it. No problem. He said I was “stealing from him and his time and called me unethical”. Haha. Because his crew didn’t follow protocols. I would have been 100% fine if they didn’t touch the wood. Never ever do business with Restoration & Environmental Safety Technologies

We found vermiculite insulation in the attic of the home we just purchased. We hired Rest Environmental to remove it. Greg told us about the Vermiculite trust fund where we received more than half our money back, and we also had they put new insulation back in the attic. We are very happy with the job they did!
