Watched the YouTube videos online and went looking for this store. We visited about 10 sewing machine stores in the area and this was by far the most helpful. The price was also better than the other stores. They spent about 30 minutes teaching my wife about the machine and gave us a bunch of little free parts for the machine. Since the machine was Japanese the power was 110 v but they gave us a free transformer as well to convert it to 220. They took down and let us test 2 different machines. It was refurbished and comes with a 3 month warranty. Very happy with the product and service.
