This is the way local business should be. I was in a bind with my now former internet provider (names have been kept hidden to protect the guilty..boo mediacom..oops) and called OMU to see what they had to offer and what kind of schedule it would be to get hooked up. Erin (hopefully I am spelling her name right) answered the phone and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions and she scheduled me for a 8am appointment for the next morning. Not 10 minutes later she called me back and said a tech could be out same day (that is Rockstar status in my book). Needless to say within an hour Ken the OMU tech arrived and by 5pm I had my internet service up and running. I highly recommend OMU and will never go back to the darkside again...lol....5 stars all the way!
