We had an unfortunate Christmas where our heat stopped working. We called and spoke with Ricky who came right away. He worked diligently and professionally, which was very much appreciated. His demeanor and knowledge made the experience that much better. We will stay with this company for any of our heating and cooling needs.
Furnace broke on a Saturday night, called them on Sunday morning and got a technician on the phone and was available to come and look at my furnace quickly. Was very quick to repair the furnace and was very upfront about the costs(being it was a sunday). Friendly. Will do business with again.
John came to provide a free estimate of service. He was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. The quote was provided right away the next morning. Any questions via email were answered in a timely manner as well. After choosing to go with his company, they arrived for install exactly when stated and were professional and respectful. Zack to the rescue! Our tenants furnace went out at 2:30 in the morning when temperatures were -12 degrees outside. I was panicking. Zack was calm and collected. He arrived to the property with urgency, diagnosed and repaired the problem within the hour.
