Very bad customer service in the workshop department. Dismissive guy, talk in mumbling norwegian, insist in speaking norwegian which I obliged, when I don't have to. This is a business setting, a transactional situation where I am the customer that needs a clear explanation about everything that is going on with my car. I left my car in the morning to get the door fixed. I usually get an SMS or email notifying when the car is ready, or when it needs more time. Today 05.07, up until 16.00 an hour before closing time there were no sms or email, so I decided to phone them. That time again, I was asking politely \kan vi snakke på engelsk?\ and that guy just laughed, mumbling in norwegian \bare norsk\. I again, obliged because I just want to know what is going on with the car. I found out that the car will not be ready today, and has to stay overnight. What an unprofessional way to handle your customer! Now the car has to stay overnight, and they didn't offer a loan car or rental, but at least I expected a message ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. They're the face of Land Rover, Range Rover, and Jaguar in Oslo. These are premium car makers, I trusted these makers, I like these cars, but they're just another brand of cars in these competitive industry without an excellent customer service which is inseparable from the whole premium experience. I just deeply disappointed, very unpleasant experience.
