At Bull & Bear Trading we have historically had focus on forex trading and developing strategies to meet our clients different needs. In the years 2008 -2013 it was a real contender to the groing forex trading market in Norway. The company sold its client portfolio to a norwegian bank in 2013. At present the company invest in different start-up companies for the long term. 2018 - Our small portfolio consist of companies within theese areas: Renevable energy (wind) Waste management (blockchain based waist bins, for bottles) Circular economy Blockchain (fintech) Insurance company (damage) Ballistic protection patent company (camp supply for secure tents and containers) We mostly do direct investment in equity, but consider loan, convertilbes and derivatives. More importantly we do have expertice in start-ups and entreprenaurship so we tend to invest and take a seat in the companies we invest in. Usually as advisor to the board, but sometimes success is dependant on closer followup also. Theese cases we either take a role in management or the board for a shorter period of time.
