When i read the other reviews i was not that sure, but i had a different experience. Federico helped me to recover all the lost files from my Macbook. It took about 5 days, but i got back all of them. I also got another computer from him i could use to keep work on my master thesis while i was waiting for him to fix my one. The price was 2200kr and he told me in advance that It could have been not more than 2500kr. I think the price was a bit high for a foreigner student, but It was worth to get back all my job! Totally satisfied!

Absolutely great customer service, all my questions and needs were accommodated for when it came to technical problems I was having with my laptop. For someone who is not very smart with computers (myself) he made everything seem simple and easy. Great step by step communication leading to a very successful outcome. I recently had a technical error with my laptop causing me to loose some important files. Luckily with no problems he was able to recover my lost data and everything was as normal. Great and very friendly service, would recommend to anyone and everyone having any technical data problems or just needs some help!
I had a problem with my laptop: it turned off unexpectedly and could not restart it so I was very worried that all the data were lost...I was very stressed and upset especially for the data. Federico fixed the problem the same day and helped to recover all the data. I was extremely satisfied by the fast and good service plus Federico is a very professional and friendly guy.
I had laptop issue. I knew my motherboard is broken because overheat. I sent my laptop to them and waited for a week. Got an answer after i contacted them. They needed to ask the supplier and fix the price. Waited for another week without any update. I sent an SMS to take my internal SSD and didn't get any reply. I decided to go there directly. It's fortunate that they have very kind Chinese technician. Then i gave them more time (2weeks!) with hope they will contact me with some update. And still, no UPDATE! I contacted them again. Finally after a while, he replied that it's super expensive to replace my motherboard with the new one. Then i agreed not to repair it and i said i want to take the laptop on Tuesday. I decided to take my laptop on Wednesday there and my laptop was still not ready to pick up. Need to wait for another day to pick up my laptop. My conclusion : 1. The service is really bad in term of communication (very slow). I don't ask for update every day. But at least to keep the customer updated is very important. (0star) 2. The free checking is actually free. This is true. Do it in your own risk. (1star for this) 3. The chinese technician is super nice. (2star)
On the site it show și that its open saturdays but when i goed to the store it was closed
