Its very upsetting to write this. Maris is not a bad GP. She's sweet and listens BUT i have been complaining about certain things for ages and its taken a long time for her to take me seriously and refer me to gynae for constant lower abdomen pain. BUT she listens and explains everything so gently and patiently. The worst worst worst thing about the lege is the receptionist Mona. She DOES NOT pick up the phone, sometimes she picks and shuts the phone. Its horrible. Even though you can book online appointments, sometimes we need to contact Marit. That's impossible. I considered changing my lege because of the receptionist but i just like Marit a lot.

First time calling to get an appointment and I’ve never been spoken to so rudely in my life by the receptionist... she has zero empathy and even worse customer service. This woman needs to be fired. I’ll be looking for a new fastlege and you can thank your receptionist for that.. Rude woman would not recommend this doctors office if she is still employed there...

Louise Erba is another person whose review i just read and i agree with her 100 percent. Cant get through on the phone, always have to go in person and secretary is really very rude. Even when i go i feel i cant even ask her if the doctor is there. Really like the doctor, but whole experiencing is very frustrating with a sick child.

The doctor is super but... never getting through when i need to book an appointment.... The phone cue system does not work as it should, you rarely get through, but if you do get through the system, the secretary is really rude. So if you want an appointment you need to physically go in to the doctor's office and get it. And who has time to do that?!

Marit Bjørnnes er en den beste legen jeg noen gang har møtt. Svært omtenksom og tar godt vare på deg som pasient. Resepsjondamen til sterk kontrast er som oftest sur og ekkel, ofte direkte frekk og jeg er alltid sur selv etter å ha ringt inn. Telefonen er også stengt på onsdager, men selvbetjening funker fint

Hun Marit er en fantastisk lege. Men de burde tenke seg å få en annet resepsjonist. Hun er alltid sur og uhyggelig.

Forstår ikke helt hvorfor folk klager på resepsjonisten. Hu var både imøtekommmende og hyggelig mot meg og i tillegg hadde litt humor som gjorde besøket mer avslappet. Har i tillegg bare godt og si om Bjørnnes. Veldig oppmerksom og hyggelig lege man kan føle seg trygg på!
