The shop is kept tidy and organized, but I was completely ignored by the two working girls when I stopped by a few days ago. Not a smile, not a hello. Cold faces. Not even an acknowledgement. One was doing makeup on a client, the other was in the cash register, but neither took the second to give me an eye contact. The store had maybe three people, it was the evening, too. Went to Steen&Strøm instead, not going to give my commission to staff that completely ignore me.

I went looking for my favorite perfume, and actually discovered it was discounted as well! They had a wonderful selection of cosmetics. I bought 4 face masks that were 50% and they're wonderful. The staff were happy, helpful, kind, and truly wonderful. They gave me directions to my next destination, that were actually correct.
