Spent over a month getting in to NAV system. Ordering Mini-ID, Purchasing BuyPass and asking repeatedly for appointments and names of the people i am suppose to be consulting with. And after wasting the month doing so i was told that NAV cannot help me by a gentleman who would not tell me his name and also said that \Nav does not help people who don't speak fluent Norwegian because of the language barrier\ I asked him to repeat what he had just said in front of a colleague and he quickly changed his mind and said \No i did not say that\. This is the type of help I've come to realise NAV has to offer for foreign workers. They are always deflecting and handing out misleading information about their intentions. The two stars i have given is ONLY because of one nice lady who actually wanted to help my situation instead of batting away every question or misleading me with useless information that had nothing to do with the questions i was asking.
Good service. I am allways geting answers into my qestions.
Hei!!!! Veldig hyggelig mennesker, altid klare å hjelpe med en gang. Jeg opplever utrolig godt service.
Jeg ba om å få hjelp til å søke sosiale tjenester. Men det skulle ikke bli så enkelt, for da ble jeg frarådet å søke støtte. Pga. at jeg etter deres utregninger ligger innenfor ormen\. Så med to pågående NAV tiltak og daglig kamp som tidligere rusmisbruker, ble jeg pent veiledet hjem igjen.
