Sometimes you get good help here and sometimes not. It is a matter of luck. However, I like being able to quickly return products when needed and the support department. The availability of options and offers is not bad. Maybe one of the best Power shops one can find in Norway

If you have prices more than other places(shops) then you need to provide better services. Ex. the open buy for hygiene products likes Shavers or trimmers is not valid if someone has used them. While there are other stores which give the open buy on all products. The staff needs to be more confident on what they are selling. If they are not able to convince the customer that the product is worth that price then how will we buy it. PS: I know the power open buy policy so please do not elaborate that again.

Click&Collect, order confirmed, but they didn't have the goods after all when I showed up to collect the order. Says they're not responsible for errors and that it's not their problem but mine. I should have understood that their database isn't reliable, and they're not responsible in any way, they said.

Has good appliances, though they should research more on what people want. Orders online can't be found in the shop immediately. Online store is much loaded than the physical store.

Good store with lots of options, they also have campaigns evry quarter with special discounts and really crazy offers during new store openings, products get sold out very quickly but you can always order on the sale price until some reasonable limits put by them even when things are sold out from store, be prepared for a long queue when going during sale season.

The item I was thinking to buy didn't have a price tag so I had to go online to find the price. On the way to the cashier I was seeing one employee restocking some shelves. I was in a friendly gesture pointing out that the item was missing the price tag and that I had to go online to find it. He then asked me to follow him to another employee whom crossed our path. I therfore followed the second employee as requested. He went to two other employees standing next to a desk, where he started talking about random stuff and how they was going to organize the store. Totally unrelated to me. Then after quite a bit one of the guy was looking up for me and questioned: "what do you want?" I explained him that the item was missing the price and that I would like to pay for it. In a degrading tone. "You can't pay here!" my follow up was, why am I standing here then? He explained that the cashier was on the other side of the store. So I had to walk there and stand in a new line.. I would stay away from this store if you doesn't want to be harassed.

I like this store, they have lots of things to buy. However i don't trust their claim to price check every item every day when they sell Pebble smart watches at a full price, when it's very well known that Pebble has gone bankrupt and have suspended all services. So don't blindly assume that they are cheaper just cause they say so.
