It is an expensive place for fabrics, compared to others like Stoff og Still but Sømsenteret has more choices for machines and if you own a Singer like I do, then you cant buy the pieces at Stoff og Still so Sømsenteret was able to help me. They have a nice discount on overlock machines right now.

They don't really have customer service so all communication is done by a private person through private phone number, but other than that - great store and great communication nonetheless.

Stay away! My mum had her two sewing machines serviced here. My dad went to pick up and was only given one. Then my mum was 1 day too late to pick the remaining one up, and it was already \given to recycling\. No phone call, no nothing.

Jeg har fått veldig god hjelp ved kjøp av symaskin og overlockmaskin. Når jeg ser etter nye maskiner, så er dette alltid en av de butikkene jeg drar til først og butikken jeg har endt opp med å handle hos. Jeg har snakket med samme damen de gangene jeg har vært der, hun er utrolig hjelpsom og hyggelig:)
