Had a really helpful guy at first, I came back later when there were more people and said I wanted to wait for him because he knew my situation from before(I didn't want to explain everything again to a new person) . I thought he would happy that I asked for him and was willing to wait for him. But no... He said that anyone in the store could help me and I would have to pick a number and couldn't just cut in...(my number had already gone by).He asked why I needed a receipt when I asked for one...Never has a salesperson asked me that ever.He was irritated when my son didn't want to join the family package asking me why?and he said he hated people...very immature and unprofessional!

Staff were rude and trying to start drama - very unprofessional, very unwelcoming. They were very negative and didn’t know what they were talking about and even admitted their mistake, but continued to be rude and immature. I did not come to this shop to be picked on. What the heck Telia? Really?
Utterly unhelpful person at the shop who does not have any answer other than I do not know. I wish I chose Telenor for my tourist SIM.
We're travelling in Norway and wanted a prepaid sim, Even helped quickly and we were setup in five minutes. Great experience!
First this store tricks my teenage daughter into buying an SD-card for 3x the price of what she needed by feigning ignorance of the existence of generic brands that works just as well for an old phone. Then they refuse to accept return of unopened goods with receipt, and claim the \manager is unfortunately unavailable\ in all foreseeable future. I have rarely if ever met a less honestly dealing and more unhelpful group of salespersons. This store is indeed one of a kind, but that is apparently OK with the mother company. I am thus changing my phone and internet provider, as I have no wish to deal with this again.
They are telling me that i have to pay fot two phones where in i got only one. Stupid telia company!
Don't answer phone during store hours.
Veldig skuffet! Sto å diskutere en sak i 20min og følte de bare var nedlatende og ikke villig til å se andre løsninger eller alternativer Fortalte at jeg hadde snakket med kundeservice på telefon forje mnd for sammemproblem, dette løste de uten problem og jeg var supert fornøyd! Idag måtte jeg til og med si \har du ikke tenkt til å prøve å gjøre kundene din litt fornøyd?\ Men det var tydeligvis ikke ett alternativ. Mener at noen i denne butikken virkelig burde lære seg å gi god kundeservice og ikke minst smile litt!
