New sim card comes with a few euros of credit. You can opt for a pre-paid or post-paid line. I however wouldn't recommend their mobile modem as the internet GB's provided is little for the price thus very costly in the long run.

Trying to cancel my my ADSL contract, what a mission. It's over two months, still not cancelled. When you eventually find the number of their customer care, you can hold for over an hour. Worst decision of my life was to sign up with these guys.
Standard O2 shop, always busy so plan for quite a few minutes of wait.
