Note that I am experienced in the spa industry. I was recommended by a few local friends in Osoyoos to try out Solterra, super excited after all of the amazing reviews online. Unfortunately it didn't live up to the expectations the locals had set out for me! I did the massage facial packaged priced at 200. Pros: Spa environment, spa products, clean, and masseuse asked how the pressure was. Cons: Towels had an odor to them, during the facials my extractions were done by finger instead of a tool (shocked as this damages skin) More rubbing during the massage than actual massage techniques. Masseuses nails were a little long. I wasn't talked through any of the facial products being used on me (I enjoy purchasing products afterwards I had no idea what was used on me).

I go here for the best professional massages you can get in the south okanagan. If you want your money's worth and feel great and relaxed regardless of a relaxing massage or a deep tissue. These ladies are the best at what they do. Professional, thorough and very attentive. I highly recommend this spa, Madge is the masseuse I always request and have never left there disappointed.

My husband and I go here two or three times a year, I have never had a bad experience. Booking has been easy and fast, no complaints there. The lady that always does my massage is incredible, highly recommend.
