I liked the way they did my hair. They do wash your hair when you come in. Its just that the man who washed my hair i told him I didnt want a deep condition and he gave me one anyway. The other thing is that the prices are higher than other places in my experience. I recieved a straightening on my natural hair with curls (silk blow out style).

I like the fact that I was able to just walk in and get serviced right away. The woman that did my hair was able to repair a botched trim that I received from somewhere else. I left with flowing, soft, and bouncy hair. Only things that bothered me were the loud mouth stylist that was running her mouth on the phone.I felt like i was in one of those ghetto hair salon movies.That was totally unprofessional. The salon would be more peaceful if she would silence herself.It seemed to be something mentally wrong with her because she would randomly blurt out things. Another thing was the smouchs that they tell you to put on are not sanitary. Once someone is done wearing one, they hang it up in the closet for another person to use. No spraying or wiping it down at all. Also, they only accept cash. They have an ATM there but it is still kind of an inconvenience due to atm fees. I will return hopefully that one girl will not be there anymore.
Clean, friendly, and professional. Walk-in for deep condition and trim for natural hair. Was in and out in less than an hour. Amazing at detangling hair, almost fell asleep. On top of that, extremely reasonable price. Paid 35. Highly recommend and plan to go again. Thank you!
Norvell is a great conversationalist but my hairstyle wasn’t on point ... I’ve worked in the beauty industry since 1986 so I know hair like I know the back of my hand ... not name dropping but I’ve worked with Andrea Walker, Rahni Michael Flowers , Mark Anthony , Phillip McCain to Christopher Canty ... so I know hair great guy just didn’t cut it with short hair he’s great with medium and long hair
I went on a Monday morning to get my hair done & the service was quick. I walked in and was immediately taken to get my hair done. The stylists are very friendly. I got a deep condition and trim and my stylist did a great job! I don't know his name but I'm natural & he straightened my hair very well. My hair was very soft & shiny. I'll definitely come back to this place.
