They've closed the bathroom for the pandemic, unlike other Dunkins who've kept theirs open. As a cyclist, this is a necessity, so I will unfortunately have to look elsewhere for a food and rest stop.

Coffee is much better than *, donuts and muffins are great, breakfast sandwiches are microwaved and sometimes are not hot
I stop coming to this location because the people who work at this location are rude. Also they don’t let you use the restroom. I went to this location several times purchased food, drinks and mugs for my family and asked if my child could use the restroom. Staff advised me that the bathroom wasn’t working, however I saw staff using it. I will never go to Dunkin’ Donuts again. I rather go to Starbucks and spend a little more money because for me customer service is everything. This location lacks customer service skills. Staff needs to learn how to talk to the people who serve them.
