Dr. Kaiser’s was extremely helpful in dealing with issues caused by online classes and sitting for prolonged periods of time. Dr. Kaiser was always professional and provided helpful advice for exercises that I could try at home or school. Thanks and highly recommend!

I was interested is seeing an osteopathic doctor as an alternative to traditional MD (who lately seems more about entering data on the iPad and writing prescriptions, in a rushed environment). Dr. Kaiser is great. He is very skilled, listens well and formulates excellent treatment plans. He is conveniently located and even holds Saturday morning appointments. Plus he is a pleasant and easy-going person. I highly recommend Dr. Kaiser!

Dr Kaiser has been helping me with lower back pain, knee pain and even more importantly, he helped me get rid of unbearable pain related to carpal tunnel issues. He takes the time to listen to you and to fully understand your issues / concerns. Easy parking and easy access are also a plus. I strongly recommend Dr Kaiser and his practice.

Dr. Kaiser is amazing! I have been suffering from lower back pain and tennis elbow for six months, after being treated with acupuncture for two months, the pain remains the same. I came to see Dr. Kaiser per my friend’s highly recommendation, since my first treatment, I noted that my pain has been reducing, by following up with couple visits, my lower back pain and tennis elbow have been lasted less, sometimes I almost forgot that I have those pains. Kaiser truly is a healer and I kept saying that he has the magic hands. He really listens well to his patients’ concerns and provides great advice. Extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining conditions and treatment. Highly recommend him!

Very happy with the care I am receiving with Dr. Kaiser. Back and neck pain significantly reduced. Knee pain is getting much better, Dr. Kaiser recognized which muscles were tight and others that are weak to stabilize my knee to avoid a brace.

I went to an osteopathic doctor in my home country on a regular basis because it is a substantial difference compared to a normal visit to a doctor, where you get a prescription in a rush and then just carry on as before. Since living in the United States I have been looking for a doctor who not only combats symptoms but is also well versed in prevention and healthy living. Osteopathy is providing just that plus Dr. Kaiser's experience in Nutrition and Exercise is what I've been missing since I moved. I went to see Dr. Kaiser after very badly pulling my upper back and shoulder. Dr. Kaiser met with me for the full hour, and spent a chunk of that time moving things around in my back and hips very gently. Amazingly, it felt well enough for me to go back to exercise two short days later. I felt like he really cared about finding the root cause of the problem and providing a solution. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit. We are blessed to have an osteopathic doctor that manipulates here in Maryland. Please give yourself the gift of a treatment – it’s worth every dollar.

I'd like for the readers of this review to appreciate the luck I've had in running into Dr. Kaiser (Grady). Here's the bottom line: his approach to health and wellbeing is patient specific, tailored, and given with love and care in mind. He doesn't hold back in stating the matter straight. He listens intently, processes information you give him, and responds, often, through multiple perspectives (As a doctor, as an osteopath, as a human through his own journey in wellness). I came to Dr. Kaiser seeking help reserving (and understanding) insulin resistance. I found him through a vast internet search. As you may now, or maybe you're not aware, insulin resistance is not yet an acceptable focus of wellbeing in modern medicine. Though the subject is thoroughly researched, the medical fraternity hasn't adopted the idea into mainstream medicine. My own doctor wasn't help when it came to this. Dr. Kaiser reversed his own diabetic diagnosis. He practices what he prescribes not in the pills and drugs sense, but in the sense of an active, healthy lifestyle. His first option is not pills and drugs. We've had conversations about food eating habints, ways of eating, fasting (and it's benefits), and even more personal conversations around prayer and meditation. I am seen as a unique individual in his practice. Not similar to the prior patient or to the one about to enter the door. His approach to my health is tailored to me. I've been looking for a doctor like him for many years. In Dr. Kaiser I've found an ally! I've found a trustworthy individual with strong, human values which just so happens is also a medical practitioner. He's helping me reserve my insulin resistance and he's providing me with courage and stimulus, by sharing his own experience, to continue the march forward toward better health. I wholeheartedly recommend his practice to anyone looking for an ally in health, a friend who responds to emails, and a doctor who you can trust.

Dr. Kaiser is the first doctor to understand the complexity of my injury and has worked with my medical team to focus on healing my whole body and the underlying causes rather than the symptoms. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and pudendal nerve trauma. It has taken me years to find the right team, and I am so grateful that I followed the advice to seek an osteopathic doctor. Dr. Kaiser is compassionate and has referred me to a pain specialist who is now part of my recovery team with nerve blocks, and the other specialists I see so a wonderful job in their specific field (pelvic PT), pelvic floor specialist for Botox for pain relief, multiple nerve specialists...Dr. Kaiser takes the time to coordinate with them. I've had some terrible experiences these couple of years with doctors who did not understand the complexity of my injury and caused further damage and set back my recovery. I feel safe with Dr. Kaiser, and for the first time in two years I am starting to believe my team when they say I can recover. Additional, if you are suffering from serious chronic pain, the cost of treatments can be overwhelming. Dr. Kaiser is the only osteopathic doctor I found who accepts insurance. I'm so grateful to have him on my medical team. If you have similar injuries, I am happy to share the names of the team I have now, which took years to put together. I wish I had started to see Dr. Kaiser sooner, but I didn't understand the value of this type of doctor. I don't think I would ever go back to a "regular" doctor as a primary care or regular physical therapists. Most do not understand chronic pain.
