The rooms are very well laid out. The hotel used to be a farm, but has been turned into a hotel/restaurant. Comfortable beds and functional WiFi. What was amazing was the food. The restaurant served one of the best meals I've had thus far in France (if their restaurant is closed, they also run l' Aigle d'or (which is a restaurant owned and operated by the cook off the hotel which is also in Osthouse).

An excellent place to stay in an Alsatian hamlet. We also recommend the restaurant nearby, belonging to the same family, for a refined dinner.
This is a wonderful, family - run hotel and restaurant - a hidden gem in a village near Strasbourg. Very comfortable, but retains the charm of a 15th century farmhouse, with antique , family heirlooms. Pretty gardens to sit in and in contrast to the some of the rooms, a very modern restaurant, where you are served a breakfast to rival the Spanish Paradors. Ask for eggs, if you want them, as they will do them specially. Excellent service, superb, ultra - clean modern bathroom, with excellent shower. They also have a restaurant in the village, which is Michelin starred and again in traditional Alsace - style. Wonderful food and excellent service. We didn't realise how good it was, when we booked it!
