Benjamin Ostrer is beyond truly amazing. His devoted work definitely reflects on reviews and reputation. The man is all about action. If he feels the case can have more improvement he will continue to fight until satisfactory results. Besides being a phenomenal lawyer, he has a heart of gold who truly seeks to help you and keep you at ease. The most professional, outstanding lawyer I've ever dealt with, or even made the acquaintance of. And I've met many fine (and more not-so-fine) lawyers throughout the years, in my profession--some of which I consider my best friends. That's how highly I regard Ben. It's a shame I couldn't give more than 5 stars. I write this mainly in response to the other review, which referred to him as rude and condescending. I've never sensed a shred of either from him. He's truly a top notch lawyer and human being, in my humble opinion.
