Turned up at 9am for my appointment to be met by a very moody mechanic with a very poor attitude. Couldn’t give me a price estimate on a simple job even though it could only be one of two things. Also couldn’t give me an estimated time for completion. Upon asking these simple questions I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I will not ever be returning to BCS Auto Repairs as there are more polite and capable mechanics locally where customer service matters to them! If I could have left ‘0’ star rating I would have done!
