Best tempura restaurant ever! The owner couple cant speak english but it was not the problem at all because they are very kind and friendly. Also the place is very neat and the price is reasonable :)

This is an above-average Tempura restaurant. The price is reasonable. Ika tempura was so satisfying and the others were delicious not too salty with fresh ingredients. You will not be disappointed.
Found this place by chance and I am glad I did. Food was amazing. The couple who run it only speak Japanese and there is no English menu but don’t let that deter you. (Show them a photo to order if you must)
Amazing tempura. The chef and wife were very kind. This will be my go to place for tempura when im in Otaru.

동네 주민들이 방문하는 곳 같았고, 카키아게텐동과 에비텐동 모두 맛있었습니다. 주인아저씨가 친근하게 말도 많이 걸어주시고 편안한 분위기에서 즐거운 식사를 할 수 있는 곳입니다.
제가 먹어본 텐동 중 가장 맛있던 곳입니다. 아직 사람도 많이없고 주인내외분도 친절하십니다. 일본어 메뉴밖에 없는게 조금 불편할 수는 있으나, 텐동도 안주용 튀김도 분위기도 너무 좋아서 추천합니다.
