Booked a taxi and got a confirmation text with a pick-up time, (which was great - it's a handy system). Unfortunately, the taxi never arrived. After 15 minutes I called them back and was put on hold for 8 minutes. I have no idea if the taxi ever did arrive. We walked to the bus and never heard anything more. Would not risk it again.
