Initially I was impressed with their service for processing my order. But when I’ve raised a query with a potentially faulty battery, they’ve been far from helpful, have made assumptions and not taken in to account my view/query. It’s not good customer service to assume that products they sell can’t possibly be faulty, or have a fault that manifests it’s self after a few months of use. I mean it’s not like they’re made in China or anywhere like that! Oh, but wait.....!

Probably one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. This is a business which take pride and understand how customer service works. I placed my order and then realised I ordered the incorrect item. I then emailed and they responded nearly immediately. Model Sport altered my order with ease and sent it for next day delivery.
