Moved to them from Craggs. They send a baby tanker. They ring us up every couple of months to see if we need a top up. If we do they'll deliver in a couple of days. Craggs would charge a 200 premium for a land rover delivery. Never had any problems so far.

First time we have used Tate Oil and not impressed. Delivery of oil was clean and with no spillage BUT, nearly 100 litres short ! We ordered 800L knowing the tank would take 1000L so plenty of capacity. After informing them of the shortage of oil delivered, we were told the previous customer took more, so less for following customers - great policy? Insult to injury we were then told we would only be charged for 716L not the 800L ordered !!! How generous - NO offer to come and top it up nor even the slightest mention of recompense for the mistake, given the Increase in oil prices we will have to cover - no one will deliver 1 or 2 hundred litres ! Very disappointed especially after them initially being efficient - time for a policy change if you value your new customers......
We have been using TateOil for a number of years now and in a challenging environment they never let us down. My contact at TateOil Simon Pye has always been very responsive and delivered on time, nothing is to much for this guy always a pleasure to talk and have the banter with him. Friendly bunch of guys Highly recommended.
