We received our delivery today in Draughton just after 4pm The young lad who delivered wore a mask and was extremely polite. We have ordered home deliveries for some months now and have found all drivers to be extremely courteous

Quality and superb customer service. Not as pricey as you think and worth every penny. Staff are brilliant. Wish there was a branch near to me in Horsforth.
Waitrose sell amazing produce at very competitive prices. The Otley store is located just a short walk from the centre. The staff are very polite and helpful. This is not a huge store but theres a good selection of goods. Another plus is the location, offering beautiful views of the chevin and the edge of the Yorkshire dales.
Plenty of choice and an instore bathroom is handy. Was maybe slightly busier than expected in these times. Food tasted good and had a good range at the deli.
