I asked for a price collect service and they just delivered the package. I had to ask the client for a bank transfer. For another price collect service, i received the money after a week from delivery... I think the emplyees are distracted. Very disappointed.

De simply don't want to take the packages because they are afraid to district them on transportation... Very NOT client oriented... AVOID !!!
