The towels were dirty, the pillows smelly and there was a room with no air conditioner that we were place in, and at 33 degrees and no wind it was awful. We demanded a fan at least and we received one that we had to put together piece with piece as the lady owner again, she thought that bringing a box with a new fan to be assambled, assambling the fan for the location will be our job. Reviewes we saw by now have nothing to do with the reality we found.
