1. At the warehouse ( Bucharest) : nice, friendly and professional staff! 2. Customer support : a total mess! 2. The parcel tracking system : also a total mess! For example, my parcel was in the truck for delivery but the system and the customer support people told me that \the parcel was not scanned for delivery\!

Today I found the best receptionist in Romania from UPS Otopeni. His name is Alex.Anyway I was unable to send my goods Via UPS because the cost was really high but the customer service was outstanding.
I am speechless. I don't even know where to start. First off, I was waiting for some medicine I ordered from abroad. Stayed in all day, so I wouldn't miss the truck. There was no UPS truck the first day on my street, no truck on the second day either. On both days I tried to get in touch with anyone who could tell me anything about my package, or why did the status say that I was not home for delivery, when I was waiting all day for my package. Four very unprofessional phone calls later, I am standing in the reception hall, at Otopeni airport, watching as people come in with complaints and go home disappointed without their packages. They don't even have a system. I've seen people leave with the explanation that the package was already picked up by another company that they work with, because they are unable to fulfill their orders, and called back because actually, the package never left. Jesus Christ. I hope UPS international does look into this. It's absolutely unacceptable for a company this big to sell its name so cheap. Shame on you UPS, for handing your name to these rookies. I will always avoid you from now on. PS: They found the package, they handed it to me with no prior identification, even though I stressed about the importance of it. Very secure service
Joining the multitude of users complaining about big issues with delivery intervals and the fact that they lie constantly, marking deliveries as \attempted\ when in fact they didn't even try. 2 days after my packages was supposed to be delivered, still waiting. 4 e-mails and 2 calls did not resolve anything with them.
UPC is highly unprofessional. I have been waiting for having my parcel delivered all day long and they lied saying they had made 2 attempts. No one called me, neither did they call at my doorbell. In Cluj, they don't give you the option to pick up your package yourself from their local address, hence there's no option for you other than wait and hope the driver will decide to call your number or doorbell. If he doesn't find the address, or doesn't find a parking lot, he just decides he couldn't find you. Your only option will then be to have your package returned to the sender, and God knows if you receive your money back or not.
Slower than the regular post. Very bad services always delaying 2 or more days delivery. Never heard back from emails we've send to [email protected] and/or [email protected]. Protect yourself and STOP USING UPS SERVICES! It's a death business.
Long time waiting for take 2 packages. It's customer's fault that UPS doesn't have enough employer's? A lot of bad procedures!
Nobody answers the phone or the email for that matter. My package has arrived for a week and it's in standby because they can't do their jobs.
