Although I have a gold membership in one of the known international rental companies, I decided to give ZoomRent a try, after getting a recommendation, so in our last trip to Romania we ordered a large car from them, and it was an amazingly good experience. Not only the price was great, the car was like new, but the service - I never got such great service. Upon our arrival to Otopeni airport, Alin - a representative of the company waited for us and took us to the car (helping with the luggage and all). Alin was super nice, explained everything, and gave us his private number just in case we need it. He was available throughout the trip - willing to come, explain and show us everything when we didn’t know how to operate the car. I’ve never seen such great service! So if you want the best price, new and highly maintained cars, and the ultimate service - go with ZoomRent.
