Absolute worst supermarket I've visited in the entire country. Did not stock half the products I required and the check out staff were extremely rude. The lady that served us should be in an aged care facility, not attempting to serve customers

Produce fresh, good selection at good prices with most products. Staff 99% helpful and cheerful, (always going to have 1 surly where ever you go) bright clean and inviting like most of Otorohanga.
