My husband and I just purchased our first home and had Hendrick do the inspection. We couldn't have asked for a better inspector. He was thorough and knowledgable. He walked through the entire property with us and took dozens of pictures while explaining to us what he was looking for and pointing out potential improvements. We had a great experience working with Hendrick from A to Z Home Inspections. We were buying a house in a city hours away and couldn't make it for the inspection, but Hendrick made us feel comfortable that everything was being checked thoroughly. He provided us with tons of photos and videos so that, even though we weren't there, we understood every detail in the report. Hendrick is very professional and very detailed. He performed the house inspection meticulously, provided us with a timely detailed report. He went above and beyond what inspectors usually do; used a thermal sensor to see cold spots in the roof and walls. He even used a moisture sensor! We are extremely satisfied with his services and do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a superior home inspection company.
