Shane and his team are very skilled and excellent at managing the high level of development required to support growing hockey athletes. Regardless the age level or skill level, the team at Apex know how to provide serious structure and intensity to the training sessions to get the most out of all individuals they are coaching. My son has attended Apex for 3 summers now and he absolutely loves it. Shane and crew encourage the players to works hard while keeping the sessions enjoyable.
