Great folks. Purchased my first turntable here. Had a defect. They too acknowledged this immediately. No further questions, the turntable was immediately replaced. This is the benefit of buying local. One would certainly have been tied up for months,in a string of emails and shipping delays before the item was replaced. I recommend this buisness.
Extremely friendly, helpful, and above all, *knowledgable* staff. They'll answer your questions and help you out, not just read you the stats from the side of the box. Big shout out to Marc who was amazing and made me a great deal! I will be back!
I recently purchased a new Samsung tv from Marc. Being my neighbour Marc delivered our new tv to the door and said if you have any set up problems to give him a call. Service like this does not exist at big box stores and this is the main reason Marc is my go to guy. I would rather support small business locally as they are in my community. Marc is always my first choice and for members of our family as well. Marc demonstrates good old fashion service with both knowledge and caring.
