Nice section of high quality of products. The prices could get expensive though. I bought a stroller and it's very sturdy. The employee Leila was very helpful and pleasant to have a conversation with.
If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Purchased a stroller, a car seat and a couple of more things and couldn't be anymore happy and satisfied. Layla was very knowledgeable of the products they carry and provided me with an AMAZING service. Every product in the store is a good quality, definitely worth spending the buck. Highly recommend visiting this store to see for yourself.Also the manager was so kind and loaded my purchases in my vehicle.
I absolutely LOVE Baby enRoute! They have such fantastic and knowledgeable people working there and they have such a great selection. I got the Intelligent Potty Training Potty from Baby enRoute and I am beyond thrilled with it. Such a clever and helpful product. It is making potty training my daughter so easy. I recommend Baby enRoute to everyone for their baby and toddler needs!
DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THIS STORE! No wonder recent reviews have been bad, read them, you'll see a consistent issue. Briefly: - waited 2 weeks before purchase was even sent for shipping, with no notice on the delay. I ended up calling to follow up. - when package eventually arrived, only half the shipment arrived. I emailed Baby Enroute, got the runaround by the Manager, Anne - I called via phone to follow up and they said they would contact me back but they did not. I had to call again and finally told they messed up on inventory levels/shipping so they will send out right away. (I now see older reviews, this has been an issue for awhile) - 6 weeks and multiple calls/emails from myself later, STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM I asked for a refund for undelivered item at this point. Apparently they are new to online sales and their logistics weren't ready. They shouldn't have taken orders if they didn't test enough but fine, it happens. My issue is as the customer, I shouldn't have to chase to get what I already paid for - the onus is on them to communicate with me and rectify the situation. Terrible service and experience! UPDATE: I was given a full refund by the store.
